I wasn’t the only person suggesting ways to pay for retention of the 10 per cent tax rate yesterday. So was Prem Sikka.

I note his ‘12 Step Programme’ has already attracted 108 comment son the Guardian blog.

It’s solid stuff, and needs real debate.
