It seemed like it was time to make another video on a theme on which I am often asked questions.
This time it is the subject of transfer pricing on which more confusion exists than just about any other topic in the whole area of tax justice.

I´m a Brazilian Law Student and i would like to say that in Brazil, Transfer Pricing is a new issue. There are a few articles and books about it. Second, i´m writing a monograph about this theme because i´d like to be a specialist in this field.
I saw your video about transfer pricing and i would like to known if is possible to you give me some advices about themes for research in this issue.

Dear Richard I am currently pursuing my thesis on Tax Information Exchange Agreement from a Global Context. The question to be answered is whether the TIEA’s will work from a Global Context? I would like your kind comments on this.
