It was someone I know, so the enquiry was a bit more than the usual polite exchange.<\/p>\n<p>And it occurred to me that for the second day running I am feeling OK. Even, back to normal.<\/p>\n<p>I have energy again. My body is functioning in a way that I recognise, and which I last experienced in mid-June. There is no discomfort.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps that scan late last week revealed something that I was not aware of at the time, which is that my kidney stone had departed, or was departing.<\/p>\n<p>If so, I am very pleased, because this is not an episode that I would like to repeat in a hurry.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A thought occurred to me this afternoon.
