This explains my view on government bonds, which have been the subject of much discussion here of late.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The post is quite lengthy, and so I am not sharing it again here, but a version can be easily <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Government-bonds-final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">downloaded via this link as a PDF<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The importance of the post is not just in what I have to say as a summary of my thinking.
