He quit on Saturday, saying his position in office had become \u201ca distraction from this government\u2019s important work.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"sign-in-gate\">What is there to say?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Simons peddled falsehoods.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Simons 'Labour Together' was about destroying the left and ejecting it from the party.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Simons has supported Zionism, as do most in the current Labour leadership, with all its<a href=\"https:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/2026\/03\/01\/on-corrupt-zionism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> toxic consequences.<\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Simons was intent on undermining democracy.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Simons do not give a damn about ethics.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Nor did Starmer, who knew exactly what he was about.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We need to be rid of this corrupt neoliberalism.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Simons might have gone as a minister. Many remain.
