I know that for many people and organisations, today is the last day of work in 2025. It won\u2019t be here at Funding the Future.<\/p>\n
That said, I have abandoned the idea of getting out our guide to modern monetary theory before Christmas. The analysis I did earlier this week on a Financial Times article on autism and ADHD<\/a>, to which they have not yet provided any response, delayed that. So too have the after effects of the 'flu I had, as a result of which I\u2019m still feeling tired. The recovery of energy after that bug has been very slow. I\u2019ve had to face reality as a result, and this guide will now be a goal for early 2026.<\/p>\n Turning to the Christmas theme, I am planning to reduce blog output from this weekend onwards, but it will most certainly not stop. Christmas Day apart, I suspect there will be something every day. I always seem to get a bug to write about something.<\/p>\n When it comes to videos, the plan is to produce one every day, including Christmas Day, though I have to admit they will be pre-recorded. That said, unlike most Christmas specials, the camera has not yet been turned on, but I am hopeful that all will be finished by Tuesday night.<\/p>\n Why do this? Because I recognise that many people get quite bored over Christmas, I think that makes it an ideal moment to keep talking about things that are of interest.
