I have, over the years, worked on issues with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The TUC<\/li>\n<li>Unite<\/li>\n<li>PCS<\/li>\n<li>Labour<\/li>\n<li>LibDems<\/li>\n<li>The Tories (to help the Treasury deliver a general anti-abuse rule)<\/li>\n<li>Greens<\/li>\n<li>Sinn F\u00e9in (in the EU)<\/li>\n<li>But never formally with the SNP or Plaid Cymru, although I would.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I would not now work with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reform<\/li>\n<li>The Tories<\/li>\n<li>Labour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All are too racist in my opinion. I will not work with racists.<\/p>\n<p>I would work with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compass<\/li>\n<li>Majority<\/li>\n<li>Pro-independence groups in Wales and Scotland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Why mention all this? Just to make it clear. And to emphasise that the suggestion that I am not willing to cooperate is absurd. But just as I will not work with those I think to be, or are inclined towards, racism, I will not work with those who threaten democracy. Why would I, in either case?<\/p>\n<p>But the options are wide open, and I wish many others would look for broad-based coalitions like this.
