I have posted this draft petition on the UK government petitions website this morning:<\/p>\n

You will not be able to see the petition on that site as yet because it needs at least five supporters before it will be considered for publication. At the time in the morning that I am publishing this, I have not secured that number as yet. You can however support the draft petition by following this link<\/a>. You can then sign it.<\/p>\n

Only twenty people can sign at this stage - but please do have a go, just in case.<\/p>\n

The petition is deliberately soberly worded. I want to give it the best chance of being accepted.<\/p>\n
