It leaves waste behind for thousands of years.<\/p>\n<p>It is also potentially dangerous.\u00a0Much of it just happens to be located on sites likely to be below sea-level within 100 years. Goo luck keeping them safe.<\/p>\n<p>And it is expensive to build with dire rates of return and requires massive subsidy, when it then becomes the most expensive part of consumer energy supply.<\/p>\n<p>So Starmer says it is a good idea.
