Nor will it ever be becasue the UK won't put it forward because it's agreed it's not compliant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Isle of Man has been considered and knocked back once.<\/p>\n<p>It's not guaranteed it will survive another scrutiny.<\/p>\n<p>So zero ten is dead. Buried.
