Overcoming the banking and covid crisis was predominantly paid for by the Bank of England\u2019s\u00a0quantitative easing\u00a0(QE)\u00a0programme: between 2009 and 2021,\u00a0\u00a3895 billion of new money was created, with no resulting inflation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>It's time for QE3\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Yours faithfully,<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Colin Hines<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The last paragraph as submitted said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; padding-left: 40px;\"><em>To help solve today's cost of living crisis, level up inadequate social provision and tackle climate change it\u2019s time for QE3.
