Take this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrutiny.gov.je\/view_doc.asp?doc=documents\/evidence\/S-9828-17085-1452007.htm&amp;panelid=43&amp;reviewid=55&amp;target=sub\" target=\"_blank\">submission<\/a> by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jersey.attac.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">TJN in Jersey<\/a> to a debate on social housing in the States of Jersey.
