In this video I answer this question in a number of ways.<\/p>\n<p>First\u00a0of all, I say no one can be sure: the future is not ours to know. But that said, the UK looks to be making a right fist of almost everything right now. And Scotland is not.<\/p>\n<p>What is more, Scotland seems to have many more fundamentally good things going for it than the rest of the UK at this moment. So, on balance I am pretty confident that the answer to this question is 'yes'.
