Other speakers were Chris Davidson, head of the Large Business Service at HMRC and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.powrieappleby.com\/ourteam\/partners.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Pete Miller<\/a> of Powrie Appleby. <\/p>\n<p>Each of us, curiously, suggested it was time for a new paradigm in tax.<\/p>\n<p>I do not have time to note what I said in detail, but the MindMap of my speaking notes are<a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Documents\/Taxavoidance.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"> here<\/a>.
