They then left it vacant. Why was that?<\/p>\n<p>2) This is a man who was born to privilege and clealrly wants to preserve it for him and his friends<\/p>\n<p>3) He is a civil servant and should now be sacked.<\/p>\n<p>There'a another way of putting this: he's a dunderhead.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BBC NEWS | UK | Banker bonuses minute, says duke.
