In addition to the Progressive Economy Forum, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/2018\/05\/17\/the-progressive-economy-forum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">launched last night<\/a>, a new institute was launched that will promote UK understanding of modern monetary theory.<\/p>\n<p>Right now the Gower Institute of Modern Money Studies has not got a website, but it does <a href=\"https:\/\/mobile.twitter.com\/GowerInstitute\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">have a Twitter feed<\/a> and I gather there is a Facebook presence as well.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/2018\/05\/17\/the-gower-institute-of-modern-money-studies\/screen-shot-2018-05-17-at-07-28-07\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-41876\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-41876\" src=\"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Screen-Shot-2018-05-17-at-07.28.07-550x871.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"297\" height=\"470\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Screen-Shot-2018-05-17-at-07.28.07-550x871.png 550w, https:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Screen-Shot-2018-05-17-at-07.28.07-189x300.png 189w, https:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Screen-Shot-2018-05-17-at-07.28.07-252x400.png 252w, https:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Screen-Shot-2018-05-17-at-07.28.07.png 582w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 297px) 100vw, 297px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I wish this project well.
