But<a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/2018\/05\/06\/labour-has-to-make-up-its-mind-soon-or-become-another-brexit-casualty\/\"> as I noted recently<\/a>, being in the European Economic Area may be as good as it gets on Brexit.<\/p>\n<p>Tonight<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/politics\/blog\/live\/2018\/may\/08\/brexit-boris-johnson-accuses-remain-voting-cabinet-colleagues-of-reviving-project-fear-politics-live?page=with:block-5af1f203e4b05a463ca1dcd3#block-5af1f203e4b05a463ca1dcd3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> the Lords voted to stay in the EEA<\/a>.
