A summary of my presentation <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/2016\/05\/24\/why-we-can-and-why-we-should-now-have-a-wealth-tax\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">is here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The book is important for three reasons. First, for what its authors say. Second, because of the issue it addresses. And third, because the World Bank embraced those issues.
