It says on page 12 that the values underpinning the plan include:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 0.9em; FONT-FAMILY: Arial\">We will always be fair and honest and act with integrity<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>That's a barefaced lie. You can't be fair, honest and act with integrity and promote the laws that Jersey does. Just look at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/2006\/09\/18\/jersey-what-was-really-said\/\" target=\"_blank\">discussion<\/a> on their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/2006\/06\/15\/jersey-passes-law-allowing-%E2%80%98sham%E2%80%99-trusts-for-use-by-tax-evaders\/\" target=\"_blank\">law enabling the operation of sham trusts<\/a> on this site and the impossibility of this claim is apparent.<\/p>\n<p>Integrity passed these people by.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Jersey Economic Development Plan 2007 is published by the Minister for Economic Development.
