I was explicitly asked to make clear why I do not agree with HMRC on these issues.<\/p>\n<p>I have now submitted <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Documents\/TCTaxGap3-16.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">my 16 page commentary on these issues<\/a> to that committee and since it will be published anyway share it here.
