The latest coup is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smh.com.au\/business\/the-economy\/which-of-australias-biggest-companies-are-not-paying-tax-20151216-glpl3a.html#ixzz3uYlOxcsA\" target=\"_blank\">reported in the Sydney Morning Herald<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Out of 1539 of Australia\u2019s largest\u00a0corporate entities, 38 per cent did not pay any tax in 2013-14.<\/p>\n<p>Tax Commissioner Chris Jordan has released the\u00a0tax details of corporate entities with $100 million or more annual turnover\u00a0\u00a0\u2014 985 of which are foreign-owned, and 554 of which are Australian foreign entities.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>There is much to note in that article.
