{"id":29825,"date":"2015-07-22T06:27:37","date_gmt":"2015-07-22T05:27:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/?p=29825"},"modified":"2015-07-22T06:27:37","modified_gmt":"2015-07-22T05:27:37","slug":"technical-support-to-jeremy-corbyn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/2015\/07\/22\/technical-support-to-jeremy-corbyn\/","title":{"rendered":"Technical support to Jeremy Corbyn"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A little unexpectedly I have been invited to attend a speech Jeremy Corbyn is giving this morning and to then sit on a panel afterwards to answer questions on three issues.\u00a0These are, I understand, the tax gap, tax justice issues including those relating to corporate transparency, and what Jeremy calls People\u2019s QE, and which I have previously called green infrastructure QE.<\/p>\n<p>I must stress that I am not a member of the Labour Party and that I would also support other candidates if they wanted me to do so on issues where I had expertise to offer, but so far it seems as if it is only Jeremy who will be making the running on these issues.
