They would have been a disaster <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/2014\/09\/15\/hypothecation-is-no-answer-for-the-nhs\/\" target=\"_blank\">for all the reasons I noted here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>That's, I hope, one problem off the agenda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sometimes it is hard to remember to say thank you.
