For August to October 2013, almost a third of male employees and self-employed\u00a0<\/em><em id=\"__mceDel\" style=\"font-size: 13px;\"><em id=\"__mceDel\"><em id=\"__mceDel\"><em id=\"__mceDel\">people who were working part-time were doing so because they could not find a full-time job.
