Nowhere to be seen, at all.<\/p>\n<p>Has the\u00a0Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, which has a public duty in its charter, abandoned that duty at a time when leadership is needed?<\/p>\n<p>It looks like it to me.<\/p>\n<p>A profession is based on ethics. Right now the ICAEW is not providing ethical\u00a0leadership. It's ducking the issue instead.
