It is: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcs.org.uk\/en\/campaigns\/national-campaigns\/tax-justice\/why-are-they-increasing-the-tax-gap.cfm\" target=\"_blank\">a \u00a370 billion issue<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But isn't it odd that the\u00a0multinational corporations we all now know cost the UK billions in lost tax didn't top the list?<\/p>\n<p>Keep asking why \u00a0that is , and then <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hmrc.gov.uk\/governance\/non-exec.htm\" target=\"_blank\">note that the board of HMRC<\/a> is dominated by big business and there are no small business representatives at all.
