As <a href=\"http:\/\/paullewismoney.blogspot.co.uk\/2012\/09\/universal-credit-83-tax-rate-for-some.html\" target=\"_blank\">Paul Lewis has shown<\/a>,\u00a0the likely tax rate is 81%.
