It comes back to that question of who writes the rules. That comes back to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/commentisfree\/2013\/feb\/01\/accountancy-big-four-laugh-tax-office\" target=\"_blank\">Margaret Hodge asking the Big 4 why they have undue influence<\/a>, an influence that means poor people lose out around the world.<\/p>\n<p>For asking that question a <a title=\"The tax profession has to do better than name call if it\u2019s going to be anything close to credible\" href=\"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/2013\/02\/08\/the-tax-profession-has-to-do-better-than-name-call-if-its-going-to-be-anything-close-to-credible\/\" target=\"_blank\">Church of England lay minister called her a prat<\/a>. So much for a 'bias to the poor'.<\/p>\n<p>Well I'm proud to have that bias to the poor. And I applaud Action Aid for sharing it.<\/p>\n<p>Sure, Associated British Foods have done nothing wrong.
