Now I admit I <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxresearch.org.uk\/Blog\/2008\/10\/12\/a-strategy-for-our-nationalised-banks\/\" target=\"_blank\">did that in autumn 2008<\/a>. It was self evidently right all along.
