Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Oddly, I happened to note this\u00a0was\u00a0referred to on Sports\u00a0Personality\u00a0of the Year last night. It does, however, refer to all change. Change happens because unreasonable people not only think it desirable, they change the world's view until it happens.<\/p>\n<p>That's what is happening with tax cheating right now.
