We passed 100,000 YouTube subscribers in early January this year.
Yesterday, the plaque to mark this arrived. It had taken that long, we were told, to make sure our claim was valid. The normal time period for validating a claim is 10 days, I gather. I could get paranoid about that, or I could accept that something went wrong.
Anyway, here it is, and since most YouTubers treat these palques as a 'big thing', so will I.
We now have 214,000 subscribers. You don't get another plaque until you hit 1 million subscribers.

Well done to you and all your team! The message is getting out there.
Many congratulations!
A real triumph, conveying a message that is vital, educational and winsome! (I am one of those 100,000 subscribers!) Thank you.
(As way of comparison ‘Oh God What Now’ the ultra centrist (Labour Together supporting – not officially but seems that way) podcast that is on YouTube, with a very slick studio and production (and filled with New Statesman journalists), has only 9.9k subscribers, and a single episode often (usually) gets less than 1k views. Perhaps that is saying something about centrism?!)
I had also noticed that…
Thank you
Keep fighting the Good fight!
Congratulations! (Happy Dance!).
I’m sure you’ll make it to a million, maybe faster than you think.
I’ve been reading someone called European Powell on Substack for a while. He’s been writing a lot about Free Zones in UK. I wondered if you might be interested in looking at Free Zones and giving your take? I’m not sure if this link will work, but it’s the only one I’ve got handy right now.

Well done Richard and congratulations to you and your team. Watching your videos every morning have become a part of my morning cappuccino routine. I usually read a few of the earlier comments and comment myself if I feel moved to do so and consider that it might add something. Sometimes it seems to, other times not! What I find most encouraging though is the number of comments thanking you for your clear explanations that unravel and educate. I personally think that the worse things get the more people will want to understand why we are where we are and possible and progress ways forward
Thanks, Simon
