I have been a columnist for The National newspaper in Scotland for four years now.
From this week onwards, my column shifts from Thursday and online only to Monday and is in the paper itself.
For copyright reasons, I have deleted the photo between those two images.
There are some amazing offers on subscriptions to The National right now. Give them a look.

Meanwhile, Kirsty McNeil MP, Labour Scottish Under-Secretary is sent on BBC Radio Scotland to blame the Scottish Government for not saving the Grangemouth refinery, but the British Government is right to save Scunthorpe Steel, and let the Grangemouth refinery close.
Let me spell this out. First, defence and security of supply issues in sectors like energy or steel are a British Government responsibility, not Scotland’s. Second, the Scottish government does not have the resources to save Grangemouth, and Kirsty McNeil knows it. Only Westminster is responsible for the closure of the Grangemouth refinery.
Let me spell this out. Labour does not possess an industrial strategy; it is making up policy daily, on the hoof.
Let me spell this out. Kirsty McNeil is a Humbug.
Agreed
Thanks John.
I saw a clip of Stephen Flynn (my MP) being shouted down and told to be quiet when trying to address exactly this in parliament yesterday. They have contempt for us.
Agreed
SNP MPs are regularly shouted down at Westminster. The Tories have been doing it in an organised way for years, now Labour are at it. English racist parliamentary contempt for the Celtic fringe.
It is a great recruiting tool for the Scottish Indy vote.
Correct
Deeply racist
Thank you RM.
And Farage is not stomping around Grangemouth, unlike Scunthorpe. Labour’s behaviour is transparently transactional.
