Enticing(!) If my recent experience with NS&I is anything to go by, it will be a long time coming. They appear to be seriously understaffed.
On a side-note – nobody seems to have commented on the P.M.-in-waiting arranging for the budget speech to occur at 1pm, when many folks are switching-on the radio for the lunchtime news. I thought budget speeches were usually mid-afternoon?
