Having just posted the last blog I realised that this blog is celebrating its ninth anniversary today.
Nine years, 11,967 posts at a rate of over 3.6 every day for the entire period, and maybe 3.5 million words. Plus 8,280,000 reads.
And no end in sight as yet.
Thanks.

Congratulations Richard You’ve broadened my thinking. You have done a great job on behalf of us all. Thank you.
I second that!
Thanks
Would like to add my congratulations and say hear hear. Maybe before too long I may understand much of what I don’t understand.
Congratulations on your efforts and longevity so far.
I’m surprised you didn’t write 33 more blogs so you hit the 12,000 mark on the blog’s 9th birthday. I thought accountants liked nice, round numbers 🙂
I joke, of course, as your productivity has never been in doubt.
So, speaking as a satisfied reader, congratulations. No point in adding “keep it up” as I know you will anyway.
Best wishes, as always.
Ivan
Sadly, I did notice that possibility, too late….
2,000 or so in comb year….
Best, and thanks for your support
Richard
The best read on the internet! Here’s to another 9 more years -and hopefully many more after that…
all best
Howard
Thanks
