I admit to having a bug.
And all I want to do is go back to sleep.
So, if you will excuse me, I will see you tomorrow

Good man – If ill, stay home, rest, get better, don’t spread it.
Doing my best on all those fronts – just woken up again
Be strong and get well soon
Just chill out Richard, only come back to your work when your body tells you to. It will take longer if you don’t.
Take care,
Regards, Mel
Hi Richard
Just caught up to the fact that you’re unwell. Having recently had a splenectomy you are almost certain to catch the odd bug, or infection more easily, as your immune system is fairly non existent now. Most important that you take all medication offered especially the antibiotics.
Knowing that you work as hard as you do it is equally important that you try to rest as much and as sensibly as possible. Remember you’ve only fairly recently had surgery and you are still recovering. It takes time unfortunately.
Trust you now feel better, and keep up the important work that you undertake, perhaps a bit more slowly
Kind regards
Jonathan Stiles
Thanks Jonathan
I have shocked myself by staying in ned all day
