The Tax Justice Network in association with the Association for Accountancy and Business Affairs has issued a Call for Papers for a research workshop on the themes of Debt, Tax and Human Rights at Essex University, England, on 5th and 6th July 2011.
You can download the Call for Papers here: http://taxjustice.blogspot.com/2010/10/2011-research-workshop-call-for-papers.html
As in the past, the Essex workshop aims to encourage fresh and innovative thinking to make links between tax justice and other themes. Researchers working on fresh research in these areas are especially invited to submit abstracts for inclusion in the programme.
I’m delighted to be on the committee running this conference and would encourage early submissions of proposals for papers as soon as possible.
