No surprise there.
I was a little surprised to get a mail form them telling me so. They have never mailed me before.
I didn’t know they needed their message on this blog, but apparently they do.
Weird that the printed media now has so little faith in its own ability to deliver its message that it wants blogger's support.

Well they would wouldn’t they? Apart from anything else the Sun wants to back whoever is most likely to win the election to maintain its reputation as a winner. It’s not so much that Brown is going to lose the election because the Sun is against him, but the Sun is against him because he’s going to to lose the election.
As for mailing you personally presumably this blog is getting under the skin of the overpaid and under taxed Murdoch hirelings. One reason our culture is so conservative is because those who run the media are paid vastly more than the public and therefore reflect the world view of the rich. This applies even to the BBC. Often takes the form not so much of what is said or even how it is said but what is left out.
