I don't often blog about IT, although I will readily admit to loving the subject. But two recent changes in my IT really are worth sharing.

The first is to note that after eight years of trialling voice dictation software I really think this stuff has arrived. Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 finally does all it claims. It is now way more accurate than my typing (which as some will have noted, is not always that difficult). Strongly recommended, but do expect to do a bit of training before it gets to be more than 99% accurate (which I now think it to be).

The second is a lot cheaper and just as good. This is Google Chrome, Google's new browser. This is simple and stunningly quick. It is by a very long way the best browser I've ever used. Download it and check for yourself. You won't regret it.
