  To be an entrepreneur you cannot be entirely level headed: you have to, at least in part, suspend your belief in failure. In the face of failure these people are panicking. Either that's because their state of disbelief is so exaggerated they cannot be considered sane or they are too conservative to accept risk. Either way they cannot be good entrepreneurs.
