I still do not have the video of the above debate, which took place a couple of weeks ago at the OECD. However, the International Tax Review has now published the opening arguments and clearly intends to publish the debate in full. The first article is here. You have to complete a registration form, but access for a trial period is free.

I got in with my usual email. Took about 2 mins. Murphy had 100% of the vote when I left. It’as not like one of those sites that only allow .ac etc. Interesting that Laffer is still practising what I call faux-empiricism.
I ended up with 58% I think
He got about 32%
There was a lot of business representation in the room

Part three is there now too. It is interesting that in each of the little votes you are asked to fill in Richard gets 100% and Laffer 0%!
