I don’t spend a lot if time in hotels, but I’ve not seen one of those before.
It’s lovely.
I wonder is there a French Widow in every room?
I went , with a group of teachers from Somerset, to Copenhagen in 2001, to look at the Danish education system. ( A lot to recommend it, no ‘target culture’ , at least at that time.
The hotel I was in ran a competition to name their newly renovated bar. I won. And I should add I did not consume any alcohol in the process.
My contribution to Danish culture.
I love the place
me too. Great people. Civilised.
At the Royal Theatre’s tomorrow 8th they are doing the opera “Rigoletto”, good stuff but mind your back, as the buffs say. If still there on Saturday, the “Raymonda” ballet is being done, not to be missed. The hotel should be able to fix you up.
Home tomorrow night
