Are newspapers like the Nokia 3310 and will survive, after all?

The mainstream media (MSM) is a fascination for many with interest in politics and associated issues. This chart, published this morning in the FT, may be of interest then:

The Metro is now the biggest UK newspaper.

The Sun is hurting (oh dear). So too is The Times. Poor Mr Murdoch. The Guardian isn't. And the Indy has at least in part survived not being published in print.

But overall, what's interesting is print media is still there. will it turn out that papers are like the Nokia 3310 and are meant to survive, after all?
