I'm writing rather early in the morning in Brussels. Jean Claude Juncker pulled out of this morning's TAXE committee hearing in the EU Parliament, suggesting he had other issues to deal with, so I was asked to take his place at short notice.
I guess we're both grey haired, middle aged men with an interest in tax havens. Thereafter, I think, the similarity ends.
