Well worth sharing:
But they're not benefits - they're social security
Otherwise good stuff from the TUC

Updated now…
Hi, Richard… just thought you should know this link doesn’t work properly.
Good film though (I looked it up on YouTube).
I was wondering if anybody had researched or produced figures on the average number of years worked by the (currently) unemployed? I haven’t been able to find any research or data but wondered if you had come across anything through your association with JRT, the TUC or others.
I often find myself pointing out that many of the unemployed will have worked 20, 30 or 40 years before losing their jobs, but statistical data would be a useful tool.
I haven’t got the data
Will look for it
I’ve updated the link – thanks
The film makes good points about the myths but I’m disappointed it doesn’t get to grips with the way the Tories have manipulated the anger of people due to housing costs undermining the value of their work – the anger should go to the banking/speculation/ housing bubble/asset stripping world. LVT and a crash in house prices would be the best cure but this would not preserve the oligarchic interests so the poor go to the wall.
