I just noticed that 'Over here and under taxed' has the following rankings on Amazon right now:
Yes, I know all the Amazon issues - but it does mildly amuse me that an e-book that criticises Amazon is doing so well in their charts.

It is indeed ironic.
Unfortunately on many occassions if we want to buy something Amazon are the only source.
Given your views on Amazon’s tax-avoiding, can you not withdraw the book from sale on the site?
Presumably every copy sold on Amazon results in a loss of tax to the UK on the commission which would arise if the seller were UK based?
Otherwise it would almost seem to be an endoresment of Amazon or at least it might seem that you objected to Amazon’s tax strategy except when they are helping you sell books.
Do I really want to make sure the information is not available to most people?
I mean, I disapprove of all the major computer operating system suppliers. Should I stop blogging as a result?
Would that be useful?
