I'd like to say that after five days with a virus, and having taken the weekend in bed, I'd be back and firing on all cylinders.
But I'm not. So the blog is going to continue to look under-populatred for a day or so. Please accept my apologies.
Thanks for reading this post.

Sorry to hear you’re still unwell, Richard. It sounds as if you’ve caught a real sod of a virus. Mind you, if I were a conspiracy theorist of the Utopia ilk (currently on Channel 4) I might think it was state sponsored to weaken you in advance of joining the GAAR advisory 😉
I hope you haven’t got any tax returns to do. It’s hell being ill in January if you do tax!
They’re all done!
If it is the one we had, I regret it will more than five days and also can come with a kick back when you think it has gone. But all the best and get well soon.
So sorry the virus has hit you so hard Richard. It’s far better that you take some time off to rest and get well than to struggle on. Treat yourself kindly.
All your friends in Jersey are thinking of you and hoping you get better soon.
Thanks
Me too. Get well soon
Best wishes for a speedy recovery Richard
Sorry to hear that you’ve been so ill. Take time to recover fully – the tax justice movement needs you back in fighting form. Read novels, listen to music, eat fruit and ice cream and have a trip to the seaside when you feel well enough – never fails.
Get well soon. It’s a bit boring not to hear about some of your crackpot ideas(!).
