   That should be ‘Tax cheats cost’ surely, not costs! Or you could say ‘Tax cheating costs’. One or the other Richard, but not what you’ve got

   Richard, why not base this on adult population instead of using total population. It would make a more powerful and more relevant statement to individuals.
