The Tax Justice Network has produced a great interactive map of where the world’s secrecy jurisdictions are.
It’s available here.
Thanks to Statplanet in helping produce this. They had to add places to their maps they didn’t really think existed!

Anjouan is missing from the list?
The list is of those we reviewed in detail at secrecyjurisdictions.com – not all that are possible
The full list considered is here – http://www.secrecyjurisdictions.com/PDF/SJ_Mapping.pdf – and Anjouan is on that list but considered immaterial for further research
