The Tax Justice Network has published an action programme to strengthen international financial and fiscal regulatory cooperation.
It is targeted at the G20.
Little of it can be or would be referred to in any G20 communiqu?©. But it is a work programme for those who will pursue this issue when the heads of states have gone home.
