PM calls for a “green new deal”

Gordon Brown has outlined his vision for a “green new deal” that he hopes will pave the way for a low carbon economic recovery.
Mr Brown, Peter Mandelson and Ed Miliband met with business leaders this morning at the Low Carbon Industrial Strategy Summit in London.
I promise: I know this is the second policy of mine he’s adopted in three days, but I’m not writing his scripts (as far as I know).
